Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Counsel at Echelon Data Centres in Dublin. The Deputy General Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice to all parts of the business, addressing legal issues related to employment law, disputes, real estate issues, M&A, debt and equity raises and corporate issues on a day-to-day basis.

Broad legal skills
Good transaction management skills
Good common sense and ability to deal with a variety of internal clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5+ years of experience as a legal counsel in an international firm
Experience in the tech industry is a plus but not necessary
