Role Overview:
This role is critical in driving the implementation of the Climate Control strategy by serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leadership. As General Counsel, it ensures that companies within the sector manage legal, compliance, and business risks globally, in accordance with laws and company policies. The role involves guiding legal, risk, and commercial affairs, with a focus on strategic M&A, innovation, and compliance, while addressing a broad range of international legal issues. Additionally, the position ensures IMI Group's FTSE100 requirements are met and promotes best practices across the function.Ā
The successful candidate will have strong intellectual capability, business acumen, and a high level of commitment. They embrace challenges, deliver on promises, and maintain integrity and resilience, even in tough situations.
This role reports directly to the Sector President, with dotted line reporting to IMIās Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Company Secretary.
