As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a Head of Legal and Compliance to drive the delivery of the legal and the compliance roadmaps, while enlisting the support of other internal functions: Finance, Product, Sales, as well as that of external advisory providers.

The selected candidate will be responsible of the overall success of the company’s regulatory endeavours, corporate administration and overall legal function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regulatory and technical compliance efforts, including but not limited to obtaining and operating iGaming licenses, by coordinating an excellent team of compliance officers
  • Continuously develop understanding of the iGaming industry standards, legislation and compliance requirements
  • Lead our Information Security team
  • Support the team to advise the business on compliance queries
  • Support the team to prepare and review commercial agreements
  • Create and update internal Policies and Procedures to comply with regulations, in collaboration with the team
  • Perform due diligence analysis, according to business priorities
  • Participate in risk analysis
  • Report to Regulatory Authorities, as needed
  • Continuously refine the processes within the department
  • Lead and nurture the awesome talent existing in our Legal and Compliance team
  • 5+ years’ experience in iGaming Regulatory compliance, working independently on end-to-end projects
  • Legal degree (big advantage)
  • Managed and completed applications for iGaming licenses, in various markets, for different iGaming verticals (Casino and Sports Betting)
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirement applicable in iGaming
