Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Legal with 5-7 years of experience to join our leadership team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, reviewing corporate contracts, and providing legal expertise across a range of business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate contracts and lending agreements.Oversee partnerships and ensure that all legal documentation complies with the company's standards.Provide expert advice on financing agreements, collections, and the execution of guarantees.Ensure all contracts, particularly in English and Arabic, are accurately reviewed and meet legal and regulatory standards.Collaborate with internal teams to advise on risk management, compliance, and legal matters.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.Extensive experience reviewing and drafting lending contracts.Proven expertise in contract negotiation, partnerships, and execution of guarantees.Strong understanding of legal issues related to collections and lending.Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.Experience working with English contracts is a must.
